We ship worldwide to every country where DHL/UPS/FedEx operates in.

If you try to place an order and get a notification that there are no shipping options available, please contact us so we can correct this issue or organise a custom order for you.

Depending on your location, we use a mix of carriers ranging from Australia Post (Air Mail) to DHL, UPS, and FedEx.

When delivering globally with Air Mail, packages will be handled by your country’s national postal network, such as Canada Post or NZ Post. Delivery timeframes using this option will usually be longer than using private carriers like DHL.

Yes, we provide tracking numbers on all orders. The tracking number will be automatically emailed to you once your order is shipped

Express shipping is automatically included when you choose DHL/UPS/FedEx as your shipping option.

Express shipping isn’t included when choosing Air Mail.

We only use Australia Post to deliver across Australia, which usually takes 1 week or less, but if you live rurally it may take up to 2 weeks.

For New Zealand, you have the option of choosing either Australia Post or DHL/UPS/FedEx. Australia Post takes 1 week, whilst DHL/UPS/FedEx takes 2-3 business days.

Using DHL/UPS/FedEx, it generally takes 1 week to deliver to the UK.

Using DHL/UPS/FedEx, it generally takes 4-5 business days to deliver, but this depends on where in the US you live. If you live rurally, your order may take 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Using Air Mail, delivery usually takes up to 10 business days.

Using DHL/UPS/FedEx, it generally takes 4-5 business days to deliver.

Using Air Mail, it can take up to 10-15 business days.

Using DHL/UPS/FedEx, it will take up to 7 business days.

Delivery across Europe varies greatly (even when using DHL/UPS/FedEx), with timeframes anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your country.

If you would like a quicker delivery, you may order from one of our European distributors instead.

For all other regions, Air Mail usually takes 10-15 business days, and DHL/UPS/FedEx takes 4-7 business days. These timeframes may vary depending on where you live.
